After watching this video, on collecting debt, there is one thing that I hope you get out of it and that is that you don’t have to start off with being nasty or rude to the person who is in debt to you. Try to be nice on your first approach and understand that the person or persons might have simply forgotten to pay or perhaps might be in some kind of financial difficulty. Most people don’t set out to rip you off or swindle you out of money.
Just remember that if you treat your debtor with respect and dignity he or she might be your next best customer!
